It’s time to put your knowledge into action! In this action planning workshop, we’ll help you transform theory into practice, equipping you with the tools you need to create robust action plans to take back to your business.
What’s Covered
We’ll begin with the topic to ensure everyone is comfortable with it and get reactions. This will be followed by a series of interactive tasks to help you complete the process for your own business, and then share your ideas in a safe classroom environment. By the midway point, you should have an outline of your plan!
We’ll also cover other topics, such as how and where to find data to base decisions on, how to avoid conflict with other senior decision-makers, and the pitfalls they may come across.
In the second half, we’ll focus on brand development. You will walk through your experience as a brand manager/ owner and identify challenges or pitfalls. You’ll write this up using the course materials and record it in a table for you to take away back to the office.
We’ll also present methods for solving challenges, leaving you with a clear playbook of either what to do, or at the least, a clear understanding of how to do it.
Join us for an exciting day of learning and development for your business!
