The centre offers tenants access to a range of facilities and support services, including general business advice, business counselling, events and information. The Brian Clough Business Centre, in Cotton Lane, Osmaston, Derby, is the perfect location for fledgling and expanding businesses. The newly developed Business Start-Up Suite offers 12 comfortable and convenient offices and workspaces for micro businesses ranging from 100ft2 to 250ft2.

    Within the Business Start-Up Suite there are a range of shared facilities, including a spacious and welcoming reception area, a meeting room suitable for up to 12 people, additional storage space and a kitchen area.

    The units and workshops in the Business Start-Up Suite are available on either a pay-per-month tariff or on a business incubation tariff. The meeting room is free to book for tenants and virtual tenants. Additional storage is available and charged on an as-used basis.

    Business Incubation is a tried and tested process of supporting pre-start and early stage businesses to develop more robust business plans and models, embed key business skills and provide hands-on and support to companies through the difficult and unpredictable first stages of trading.

    We have a Business Incubation tariff that offers an all-inclusive price (including electricity, telephone and broadband and Business Rates) plus access to a range of free business support. The tariff is designed to be affordable to new start businesses with charges increasing as your business develops.

Leicester Food Park

Leicester Food ParkThe £5.8m Leicester Food Park was funded by Leicester City Council and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) 2007 - 2013 programme. The Food Park is managed by East Midlands Chamber working in partnership with The Food & Drink Forum. It provides high quality food manufacturing space with purpose-built units, enabling new and innovative food businesses to start up and grow as well as providing established food businesses with grow on space for their expanding businesses.

Leicester Food Park opened its gates on 17 November 2014 and already has a significant tenant presence.

The Leicester Food Park is located on a 1.5 acre site owned by Leicester City Council, located to the north-east of the city at High View Close, just off Lewisher Road. This is approximately 4km to the North East of Leicester City Centre and adjacent to Hamilton Office Park and Vantage Park. The site forms part of the Victoria Heights Industrial Estate.

At the heart of the food park community is a Business Support Centre and Management Hub. The Chamber and the Forum maintain an onsite presence and manages the park support services. The Business Support Centre and Management Hub at Leicester Food Park provide practical, affordable conference facilities for all. The Food Park is easily accessible from the City Centre, making it a convenient place to meet customers and suppliers away from the factory.
