Agenda

This session will be delivered by Rena Magdani, Employment Partner at Freeths LLP, and the employment team at Freeths. Rena has over 24 years’ experience of providing commercial pragmatic employment advice to clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, business restructuring and strategic HR advice. She is recognised as a leading employment lawyer in The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a shift towards remote working. Whilst this was originally envisaged as being a temporary measure to deal with the pandemic, many employers are now proposing a more permanent move towards remote working.

This event will consider the legal implications of remote working, and will cover a number of topics including:

  • Varying contracts of employment
  • Introducing remote working policies
  • Health and safety considerations
  • GDPR implications
  • Performance management
  • Compliance with the Working Time Regulations 1998
  • The provision of equipment
  • Insurance cover.

Please reserve your place on the GotoWebinar Platform HERE - this will give you the option to put the date/time in your online diary and will send automatic reminders nearer the time.
