The pandemic has given us all a chance to reset and rethink many aspects of work, life and home. For employers, this is their opportunity to reset their recruitment practices. It is time for employers to hear young people's expectations and perceptions for applying for jobs online.
Do you know what it takes to become an employer of choice? Find out with Access Generation and their peer panel of young people who are championing the voice of future generations. Takeaway top tips and key learnings from their latest Employment Accessibility Research.
Access Generation has a peer panel of 18 to 30 year-olds who lead the organisation's mission and will be sharing the latest results on their Employment Accessibility Research. This research is conducted by young people who externally assess the job section on employer websites against young people's expectations and perceptions for applying for jobs online. The peer panel is currently championing a campaign #AccessYourTruePotential to encourage employers to make a pledge to become accessible, supportive and inclusive to all.
