This session will be delivered by Andy Flinn, CEO at Chamber Patron RDS Global . As we begin to look past the impact of the pandemic, this session will provide an insight into the strategies put in place to ensure business resilience and growth, with a focus on attracting and retaining the right skills in a fast moving landscape.
The session will explore the impact of the COVID-19 on business structures, comparing ways of working before and after the pandemic. This session will provide delegates with a range of useful insights that can be used within their own business and will cover:
- How to create business opportunities during these changing times
- Using big data technology to make business performance improvements and create a competitive edge
- Identifying the new people skills required and how to target the right people
- An overview of the RDS Academy, Placement Programme and Knowledge Transfer Partnership
