Martin Roberts, Managing Director, Neuways:
With extensive experience within the IT industry, I have personally dealt with IT problems and complications to all extent and size during my career. A lot of my experience covers IT for SME’s and corporate businesses, I’ve got an in-depth knowledgeable of ERP – both functionality and implementation.
Prior to Neustro and Neuways, I was the European IT Director of Mondi Packaging (who, at the time, were a division of Anglo American), a Senior Business Analyst and ERP Implementation Consultant of Deloitte & Touche Tohmatsu Limited, and an IT Manager at Remploy.
Toby Stephenson, Chief Technology Officer, Neuways:
I am passionate about Cyber Security and Business Continuity. As CTO, my role brings me into contact with many companies and industry experts who share these passions. I work very closely with our preferred vendors and participate in their Partner Advisory schemes. These close relationships allows us to really understand the emerging trends of the threat landscape and thus determine how we can best protect our customers.I’ve been with the Neustro Group since 2007 and I’m proud to be associated with such a strong and diverse team. We’ve always been a technically led organisation and having strong technical leadership is crucial to our success. My background is technical in nature, having previously run networks and datacentres for multi-national organisations. More recently, I have held roles providing Technical and Systems Consulting for both new and existing customers – fusing my understanding of technology with the ability to listen to the business and address existing challenges.
