This event also is delivered as part of the Chamber’s Transport, Logistics and Infrastructure Forum activity and will focus on major infrastructure developments in the region; those currently underway and those that are under consultation.

Pauline Graham, Innovation Advisor - The iNet Loughborough University - Details of the funded support available - this includes a mixture of fully funded access to expertise and cooperation with university research centres and institutes and part-funding (grant) towards external costs of innovation projects – including detail of support provided by the UK Space Incubator (covers products or services make use of ‘space assets’ e.g.:

Satellite Navigation, Communications and Imagery (‘earth observation’).


Simon Statham, Director of Technical Programmes, Midlands Connect – Update of current and future activity from Midlands Connect who explore, develop and recommend transport projects which will provide the biggest possible economic and social benefits for the Midlands and the rest of the UK.
