On the day:
We will be joined by Briony McDermott from Flint Bishop LLP to discuss supporting and managing employees who are struggling with mental health issues. Since the pandemic and the rise in remote working, a number of studies have been carried out to explore the impact remote working has on the mental health of staff.
The session is intended to provide guidance and ideas on how to improve employee engagement and ensure that home-based staff are well supported and do not feel isolated, which is a common complaint of remote workers.
