We are excited to welcome you to the stunning Heathland Grove for our Annual Dinner 2022.

Heathland Grove For the first time we are holding the Annual Dinner in June and hope that guests will be able to enjoy a black-tie dinner as well as networking in the beautiful grounds on a summer evening.

Following a welcome drinks reception, guests will be seated for a high quality four-course dinner.

Throughout the evening, guests will be entertained by high profile speakers offering an insight into a cutting-edge business topic and the national political landscape.

Keynote Speaker - Sir Jonathan Van-Tam Kt, MBE, FMedSci

JVT Jonathan Van-Tam Kt, MBE, FMedSci, was born and educated in Lincolnshire and trained as a physician in Nottingham. He is a public health specialist with a background in emergency medicine, and served as Regimental Medical Officer to Lincolnshire ACF from 1988-2000.

Jonathan has a specialist academic interest in respiratory virus pandemics and is Pro Vice-Chancellor, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Nottingham. His career has also taken him to academia, Public Health England, the World Health Organization, and the pharmaceutical and vaccine industries. Jonathan was seconded to the Department of Health and Social Care in 2017 as Deputy Chief Medical Officer (England) and stood down in March 2022.

He has played a key role in dealing with several national incidents including the Novichok attacks, Monkey Pox, MERS and Ebola. However, he is most well-known for his leadership role during the Covid-19 pandemic, particularly the acquisition and rollout of vaccines and antiviral drugs. Proud of his Vietnamese heritage, he has reluctantly acquired public recognition for his direct and no-nonsense communication style at the podium of No.10 Downing Street. He is a Non-Executive Director on the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board.
