By the end of the course delegates will understand the Project management life cycle and know how each part of the cycle is used to ensure project success. Delegates will be able to develop the use of techniques to help plan the project. They will understand how to manage risk & key stakeholders in the project completion phase and know how to evaluate project success and develop “lessons learnt” lists to help with future projects.

This course is delivered from the Chambers modern training facilities and is limited to a maximum of 8 delegates to allow for space. Lunch and refreshments are provided as part of this course. The course leader for this event is Charles Barnascone. Charles is a highly experienced trainer, sales coach and business development consultant who has worked with a large number of diverse companies delivering training solutions in an innovative way and providing business development support.
This training course is planned to run face to face on the 23 March 2022 in Nottingham. If we are unable to proceed with the face to face delivery due to Cornavirus, the course will automatically become an online delivery.
