This one-day workshop is designed to equip the attendees with the skills to improve their business' bottom line. Process mapping allows you to understand what you do and not what you think you do, as the difference between the two is often very costly

Training in the steps of Process Improvement using Process Mapping

  1. Process identification - identify objectives, scope, players and work areas.
  2. Information gathering - gather process facts (what, who, where, when) from the people who do the work.
  3. Process Mapping - convert facts into a process map.
  4. Analysis - work through the map, challenging each step (what-why?, who-why?, where-why?, when-why?, how-why?)
  5. Develop/Install New Methods - eliminate unnecessary work, combine steps, rearrange steps, add new steps where necessary
  6. Manage process - maintain process map in library, review routinely, and monitor process for changes
  7. Activity-create a Brown Paper map

Course delivery

This One-day course is delivered from the Chambers modern training facilities and is limited to a maximum of 12 delegates. Lunch and refreshments are provided as part of this course. Please note, there is no requirement for delegates to bring any stationery or IT equipment unless otherwise stated in the joining instructions.

About the trainer

The course is delivered by Ltd, a Process and Quality Engineering Consultancy firm, which was formed in 2005. Probe work on delivering training and consultancy services to companies such as The AMRC, Grant Thornton LLP and Tata steel
