Who should attend?
We expect this course to have particular appeal to managers and leaders, however it is suitable for any job role. Influencing others, being clear about your intentions and understanding the messages that are being sent to you are life and work skills that have great value for us all.
This course is delivered from the Chamber's modern training facilities and is limited to a maximum of 12 delegates. Lunch and refreshments are provided as part of this course. Please note, there is no requirement for delegates to bring any stationery or IT equipment unless otherwise stated in the joining instructions.
About the trainer
Sarah Kallend works with businesses stimulating fresh thinking about potential and performance. Delegates describe their experience of working with her as inspiring, intriguing & illuminating. Having worked in senior commercial leadership roles, creating new high performing teams from scratch, Sarah brings a pragmatic, outcome orientated energy to this topic. Working on the premise that ‘we know that’ is a million miles away from ‘we do that’, Sarah focuses on the things that seem simple but that is least in evidence in business because it’s hard to do (or be).
