Risk Management and Strategic Planning
This workshop will aid in providing vital information to help you review and assess your Business Strategy in light of current and future events and take a realistic approach to Risk in times of significant uncertainty.
The workshop will be led by representatives from The University of Nottingham
In the workshop, you will be able to consider your options, share your concerns and ideas and ask questions in an interactive, open and supportive forum.
Topics likely to be mentioned include:
Likely business risks posed by Brexit
How it can potentially impact on your business
Risk factors in the economic and political environment
The potential impact of investment and growth plans
Attendees will have a clearer understanding of the latest position on the Brexit negotiations, and how these might impact on future plans. They will also be able to understand different types of risk and how to assess and mitigate these risks when targeting markets.

This new series of Business Readiness for Change events are intended for business owners, operations directors, business continuity managers and strategic management professionals responsible for the medium and long-term operation of the business, and especially those individuals who are responsible for the development of strategy and the management and mitigation of risks.
