Treetops Hospice Open Day
Treetops Hospice is opening its doors on Saturday, 12 October, so people can find out more about what it is and does.
The Treetops vision is to “ensure everyone in the communities we serve has access to end of life care of the highest quality.”
By inviting people into the Hospice, we hope to answer any questions they may have and in turn spread the message that Treetops Hospice is here to help.
Why this date? It is Hospice Care Week (7-13 October) and hospices across the country are using the opportunity to shout about hospice care and dispel some of the myths.
What will happen on the day? You are invited to drop in any time between 11am and 4pm. Each core service will have their own area and demonstrations, where you’ll be able to ask questions and take part in activities available to our patients and service users. For example, our complementary therapist will be there giving mini massages. There will also be the opportunity to view the plans for our exciting new building which is due to open in Spring 2014.
On top of all that, there will be tea and cake for those who want to relax and take in our stunning surrounds.
No need to book but if you have any questions, please call Helen or Lizzie on 0115 949 6933 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.Back
