Business Mentors Needed In Nottingham

Nottinghamshire's Police and Crime Commissioner, Paddy Tipping, is inviting DNCC members in Nottingham to the launch of a new business mentoring programme.

The Network4Mentoring and Work-Shadowing Programme will be unveiled at the Marcus Garvey Centre Ballroom in Radford Boulevard at 3pm on 29 October 2013.

The scheme is a partnership between the Afro-Caribbean Education and Training Services (ACETS) and the Nottinghamshire Police and Crime Commission (NPCC).

The partners are looking to bring entrepreneurs, buyers and providers/suppliers of products and services to the launch to support the scheme, which aims to support young people in the city by providing business mentoring, work experience and support.

Around 30 DNCC members have the opportunity to showcase their organisation, market their products and services and network with young people at the event.
