What's on across Nottinghamshire

Over the coming weeks there will be a wide range of events in Nottinghamshire County Council libraries, country parks and other locations.

Many of the events provide free family fun and alternatives to the Christmas rush.

Nottinghamshire County Council's Linda Hardy, Visitor Services Manager at Rufford Abbey Country Park said: "We are enjoying the Autumn colours and Christmas is around the corner. Our country parks give people the opportunity to wind down and enjoy the great outdoors during what is often a hectic time, and there are many events taking place over the coming weeks which offer a huge variety of leisure opportunities."

Many of those festive activities are listed below. You can also visit: www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/christmas
