Baker Tilly announce new moves across the East Midlands

Phil Coleman, a specialist in audit assurance and financial reporting, has transferred back to the Nottingham office after a period working in the Birmingham and London offices.

Kelly Boorman a specialist in business advisory and audit assurance for clients across the East Midlands, will now focus on Baker Tilly’s offering to the corporate market place in Nottingham.

Simon Hart, Midlands Regional Manager for Baker Tilly, said: "Our recent merger with RSM Tenon has given us a much bigger presence in the region, and Phil and Kelly’s relocation will help strengthen our offering to both new and existing clients.

"Both are widely respected figures across the region, and their skills and experience will enhance our already successful team in Nottingham.”

Meanwhile Baker Tilly’s Leicester office has announced two new Partner moves to enhance the strength of its Leicester team.

L-R Nick Holloway (HSBC), Paul Brown (DNCC), Richard King (Baker Tilly), John Roddy (Shakespeares)Jonathan Salt will be joining from Baker Tilly’s Nottingham office as an Accounts and Business Advisory Partner specialising in the SME market, while Ben Lawrance, and SME Audit and Accounts Partner will relocate from the Birmingham office. Simon added:

"The past two years has seen seismic changes across the professional sector. Legal firms merging, banking changing beyond recognition and of course, within accounting, no more so than with respect to our own changes as we have become part of Baker Tilly.
