Chamber improves inclusive services to members
The Chamber has improved the list of inclusive free services offered to members.
Previously, two member organisations were used to provide advice on Human Resource and Legal Services issues.
But from the beginning of this month, Chamber Patron Qdos became the sole provider and the package has been expanded to include Health & Safety and Tax & VAT.
Each of these four separate services include a free helpline and a combined bank of over 700 downloadable documents and templates.
Wrapped around all this and also included in the Chamber membership subscription is legal expenses insurance with a limit of £1m and no excess.
If a business employing 60 people were to source this package of services directly from the many providers in the market they could expect to pay about £1,200 a year. That same business would pay a Chamber membership fee of less than £500.
The Qdos Group is a £28m-turnover business consisting of insurance, business compliance, consultancy, legal and accounting services. Its head office is in Leicestershire and it employs over 100 staff.
