Brexit and Trade Conference 2018 fast approaching
With the date for the UK to leave the EU fast approaching – and with much progress still to be made – there has never been a more important time for East Midlands businesses to be up to speed with Brexit and trade developments.
Taking place on Monday 22 October at Nottingham Forest FC’s City Ground, the Chamber’s free-to-attend Brexit and Trade Conference 2018 is a standalone event, supported by Enterprise Europe Network, which will provide businesses with the most up to date position on the negotiations on Brexit.
The potential upcoming changes to trade and skills are the focus of the conference, exploring key themes surrounding the topic. Crucially, guidance will also be given on how to begin to make contingency plans.
Through presentations and expert panels, businesses will understand best practice that other key businesses will be adopting and get their questions answered.
Guest speakers include Simon Hart - Brexit Lead Partner and Head of Knowledge Management at Chamber strategic partner RSM.
Simon heads RSM’s knowledge management operation and is the firm’s lead Brexit partner. He is both a business adviser with experience across many sectors and services, and provides national strategic leadership.
