Kick-start the festive fun at the Chamber’s Christmas lunch
Canadian-born comedian Sean Collins’ wry outlook on life in the UK will add laugh-out-loud moments to the fun and frivolity at the foremost corporate festive event of the year in Leicester next month.
The Chamber’s Annual Christmas Lunch is the networking event to attend for any business serious about making connections to kick-start the New Year’s trading or who want to say a seasonal ‘thank you’ to existing customers or suppliers.
Well-known Leicester businessman Kevin Harris, the newly-elected President at the Chamber, said: “A lot of business is about who you know, so networking events are essential for making new contacts. Combining networking with a good meal and some great fun is also an excellent way of thanking existing contacts, so bring them along and have some fun.”
Festivities start at noon at Winstanley House, Leicester, with a welcome drinks reception before the three-course Christmas lunch and Sean’s spot.
Networking opportunities will continue after the meal and there will be a charity raffle with some superb prizes on offer.
Money raised from this event will kick-start the East Midlands Chamber Charitable Fund 2019 fundraising efforts on behalf of CHICKS, Skillforce and Twenty Twenty – the Chamber’s nominated charities for next year.
The Chamber’s 2018 chosen charities - Hope Against Cancer, Leicester and Leicestershire Animal Aid and Rhubarb Farm CIC - will be presented with one-third each of the money raised from last year’s Christmas lunch and fundraising events this year.
The headline sponsors of this year’s lunch on 7 December are Easy Internet Services and Easy Internet Solutions. Nicky Stephen Marketing is the design sponsor and Soar Valley Press is the print sponsor.
Only a few places remain. Individual tickets are £60+VAT for Chamber members (£80+VAT for non-members), £550+VAT for ten, or 12 for £630+VAT. For more information or to book visit https://bit.ly/2PjvnY1.Back
