Chamber welcomes Assured Energy as new Patron

Energy broker Assured Energy has become the latest patron of the Chamber.

With offices in Leicester, Assured Energy provides open and transparent energy procurement services.

It offers consistently low-cost energy, underpinned by smarter procurement, business ethics and complete transparency. It has a code of conduct that exists to ensure its customers’ peace of mind.

Unlike other providers, Assured Energy doesn’t have preferential relationships or agreements with suppliers and always engages the whole energy market to get customers the best deal.

Chamber patrons include organisations that want to take an influential and prominent role in the local business community and share the values that drive the Chamber forward.

Chamber Chief Executive Scott Knowles said: “I am delighted to welcome Assured Energy into patronage. Chamber patrons are a powerful force in influencing policy, driving economic growth and development and equipping smaller businesses with the knowledge and skills that are vital to their future.

“Assured Energy will bring to the Chamber skills and expertise to complement those of the other patrons to evolve something which is, together, greater than the sum of its parts.”

David Peake, Chief Operating Officer at Assured Energy, said: “We are delighted to become a Patron of East Midlands Chamber.”

“Assured Energy will develop this new relationship with the Chamber to continue to support local businesses and institutions. As a fully independent company, we strive to always provide the best deal for our customers.”

The Chamber has 37 patrons, including Toyota, John Pye Auctions, The Money Shop, Wilko and several leading universities.
