Gateley becomes a Chamber patron

National law-firm Gateley plc has become the latest patron of this award-winning Chamber.

With nine offices across the UK, including Leicester and Nottingham, the Gateley provides collaborative, straight-talking legal advice with a cut-through commercial edge.

Its specialist teams cover all aspects of legal services, including corporate, commercial, banking, real estate, restructuring, technology, construction, employment, pensions, dispute resolution, regulatory, private wealth and family, tax, and shipping and transport, as well as global mobility which encompasses the management of the selection and relocation of employees for international assignments.

Chamber patrons include organisations that want to take an influential and prominent role in the local business community and share the values that drive the Chamber forward.

Chamber Chief Executive Scott Knowles said: “I am delighted to welcome Gateley into patronage. Chamber patrons are a powerful force in influencing policy, driving economic growth and development and equipping smaller businesses with the knowledge and skills that are vital to their future.

“Gateley will bring to the Chamber skills and expertise to complement those of the other patrons to evolve something which is, together, greater than the sum of its parts.”

Chris Greenwell, Partner and head of Gateley’s Leicester office, said: “This patronage recognises our leadership in the professional services sector. The Chamber’s tailored strategic support and insight will be invaluable in helping us to achieve our business objectives.”

Andrew Macmillan, Partner and head of Gateley’s Nottingham office, said: “Gateley is pleased to become a patron of the Chamber. We are committed to working collaboratively to develop our profile within the regional business community.”

The Chamber has 38 patrons, including Toyota Manufacturing UK, The Money Shop, Westfield Health and Wilko.
