Chamber welcomes Eileen Richards Recruitment as new patron

Eileen Richards Recruitment has become the latest patron of the Chamber.

Based in Leicester city centre, Eileen Richards Recruitment provides a tailored service to candidates and clients across the East Midlands.

The bespoke consultancy specialises across eight industry sectors with its Director & Non-Executive division set to continue to thrive since its launch earlier this year.

Eileen Richards Recruitment has built a highly regarded reputation in and around the Midlands with clients exclusively selecting the agency as their recruitment partner of choice.

Eileen Richards MBE, Managing Director at Eileen Richards Recruitment, said: “The Eileen Richards Recruitment team have developed a strong partnership with the Chamber over the years and are thrilled to strengthen this working relationship further by becoming the latest patron of the Chamber.

“Recruiting and retaining the right people is the most important thing within business.

“We are eager to play an active role within the Patrons group and look forward to working alongside like-minded professionals to contribute to a thriving future across the East Midlands.”

Chamber patrons include organisations that want to have an influential and prominent role in the local business community and share the values that drive the Chamber forward.

Chamber Chief Executive Scott Knowles said: “I am delighted to welcome Eileen Richards Recruitment into patronage. Chamber patrons are a powerful force in influencing policy, driving economic growth and development and equipping smaller businesses with the knowledge and skills that are vital to their future.

“Eileen Richards Recruitment will bring to the Chamber skills and expertise to complement those of the other patrons to evolve something which is, together, greater than the sum of its parts.”

The Chamber has 38 patrons, including Toyota Manufacturing UK, The Money Shop, Westfield Health and Wilko.
