Primary shortlisted for Events Industry national Award
Market Harborough based Events agency Primary has been shortlisted for the national miaList 2019 Team Award. It’s the first time Primary’s Operations Team (the team responsible for designing, co-ordinating and delivering its clients’ events) has been nominated and it’s now all down to a public vote!
Based in Angel Court, Primary is an independently owned full-service events agency, designing concept-to-delivery solutions for events and exhibitions. Despite being a small agency, it works with impressive global brands such as Siemens, Rolex and Howdens in the UK and abroad.
The mia (Meetings Industry Association) is the principal organisation that represents and ensures compliance for the business events industry in the UK. The annual miaList Awards showcases industry talent and rewards both aspirational individuals and teams who play a pivotal role in the success of their organisations.
Primary continues to grow since it was established in 2009 and is committed to supporting local community initiatives such as: school team sponsorship, providing work experience for school and university students and participating in Leicestershire schools’ careers fairs. The team also supports other CSR initiatives such as the ‘rucksacks for the homeless’ scheme.
Having been through a rigorous judging process, the final result will now depend on a public vote.
Primary Managing Director, Dan Stevens said:
“Having already won the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce team award earlier this year, we’re obviously delighted to have been shortlisted for this prestigious national award. Our success is testament not only to our ethos of exceeding our clients’ expectations but also to how hard and effectively we work as a team to create the most innovative events in the industry.
We’re up against some tough competition from all over the UK for this award. We’d love our local community to get behind us and vote for Primary and help to put us on the map. We’re proud of the work that we do and the local initiatives that we get involved with.”
Public voting is now open until Friday 27th September. It takes only a few seconds to click on ‘cast your vote: agency/supplier’ in the link below and vote for Primary:Back
