Cooper Parry launch home wellbeing app #mentalhealthawarenessweek
WHAT’S IT FOR AND HOW WILL IT HELP YOUR PEOPLE AND BUSINESS?
With COVID-19 and isolation, working from home is the new normal, but what affect is isolation having on the well-being and mental health of our people?
To help recognise early signs of struggle we’ve created an app, something which is completed daily by all individuals that alerts line managers to check-in where needed.
The app asks 4 well-being based questions every day (which can be customised)…if someone leaves a poor score, comment or doesn’t complete it at all, an alert is triggered.

WHAT TECHNOLOGY DOES THE APP USE?
This is a Microsoft PowerApp that uses Flow and Sharepoint so if you already use Office 365 or Microsoft 365 you already have everything you need! The app can be accessed via Microsoft Teams and/or the Power Apps app.
