This action planning workshop will ensure you and your staff have the resilience to cope with challenges in today’s changing workplace. Resilience is the ability to bounce back from challenges and requires a range of different skills such as rational thinking, physical, emotional health, and productive relationships.
The workshop will show delegates how to focus on their wellbeing by developing a more positive mind-set. It will show you how to stop getting overwhelmed and help you to deal more readily with the challenges that the workplace brings. We can all develop personal resilience, and this workshop will provide you with a range of tools to improve yours.
