This is an interactive session providing you with Top HR Tips to recruit and complete a successful interview, induction and probation, organised by the Business Gateway Growth Hub.

We will focus on the protected characteristics (Employment Law) and guide you through the right and wrong questions. We will also look at the cost of getting it wrong, furthermore, we will provide templates to help you create the perfect interview, induction and probation structure and talk through GDPR.

For this interactive session you will take away the following:

  • What questions you can and cannot ask.
  • How to structure and get the best from your interview, induction and probation.
