Are you a business leader or manager, who’s responsible for your organisation’s current or future export sales strategy? Are you looking to enhance existing skills or learn new techniques for managing costs and setting pricing to drive profitability? If you are this webinar is a ‘must-join’.

If you’re already selling to customers overseas, or just beginning to consider doing so, you will of course be aware of the new EU trade rules which are now in place. As a result, it’s probably never been more important to develop the right costing model and strategy to ensure a profitable net result.

The importance of getting your export pricing right cannot be over stated. Pricing for profit can be challenging though, whether you’re in the embryonic stages of selling into foreign markets, or already have significant export sales experience. There can be a host of factors that influence the final price of a product, from regional market forces, to the importing country’s tariffs and the supply chain involved in the transaction.

Market prices may not always accurately depict the true value of your product. Setting a price that’s both commercially viable in terms of your out costs and positioned to drive demand is crucial. This informative session will walk you through the costs you may incur when selling overseas and demonstrates the process of striking an optimal price/profit balance.

Who should attend this session?
