Gone are the days when organising a business was straightforward. Seemingly the world has changed and to remain competitive, it sometimes isn’t enough to just be better at what you do and more productive and efficient at delivering results.

Particularly in the last 30 years or so, alternative ways of organising businesses have emerged, with mixed results. This workshop explores alternatives to the traditional mission driven, hierarchical approaches.

Participants will consider a number of case study companies to get an insight into the thinking of others who own and manage businesses and how they view the world differently.

This workshop is aimed at business owners and leaders who are considering how to effectively respond to the changes they are experiencing in their business. This is particularly relevant to those with responsibility for leading a business into new territories or to respond to significant market conditions.

This workshop is aimed at SMEs. Please note that preference will be given to businesses based in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

  • Create a roadmap for reorganisation covering the 5 steps
