Every business needs customers and so it follows that every website needs users to convert in some way. A conversion can be anything from a visitor filling out a contact form to clicking on your phone number to completing an ecommerce basket checkout.
The aim of this workshop is to explore ways in which you can track and increase the conversion you see on your website. Using tracking tools and data from your site you can measure and optimise your conversion by improving the journey a user goes on, and encouraging more actions that lead to conversions.

This workshop is aimed at any business looking to get more from their website. A conversion is different for every business but the principles of optimising a website to get those increased conversions is the same. Who’ll be presenting this workshop?
