Overview

The Q3 HR Forum will include:

- An Employment Law Update – A reminder of what’s new, and what’s coming up in the next few months including any updates around the Employment Rights Bill changes.

We will also cover recent case law developments, and things to keep an eye on to ensure you remain as up-to-date as possible in the remainder of 2025 and into 2026. – Amy Hallam Head of Employment at BRM Solicitors

- A Focus on discrimination – covering all things discrimination – A reminder of what the protected characteristics are and any recent changes in law that you need to be aware of – and covering protected characteristics of sex, disability, maternity and pregnancy, age, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, and race and religion/ belief discrimination. – Ellie Leatherday Senior Associate Solicitor at BRM

- How Health Coaching can assist individuals in the workplace and businesses. This will cover how Health Coaching supports healthy physical and mental health and how employees can take some responsibility for their own health and wellbeing. Health Coaching can be preventative as well as supportive in the workplace where employees are returning to work for example. We will hear from Peak Healthcare, who are passionate about providing high quality education, training and consultancy in person centred care - Dr Ollie Hart, GP at Peak Healthcare.
