East Midlands Chamber has commenced a strategic partnership with Leicester-based law firm Howes Percival.
The collaboration enables Howes Percival to contribute to the shaping of policy in Chamber discussions with political leaders and to engage with the Chamber’s membership, comprised of more than 4000 firms, sharing insight at events.
In November 2025, Best Companies ranked Howes Percival number one Best Law Firm to Work For in the UK, number one Best Company to Work For in the East Midlands, while the business retained 3-star World Class accreditation. The Best Companies lists celebrate excellence in workplace engagement and are widely acknowledged as the most extensive research into employee engagement in the UK.
Howes Percival was Business of the Year at the 2024 East Midlands Chamber Leicestershire Business Awards, where it also won the Commitment to People Development Award. In 2025, the firm was the recipient of People and Work Business of the Year for the East Midlands Region at the British Chambers of Commerce Awards.
