Since the UK’s departure from the EU in 2021, the trade relationship with the island of Ireland has been continually evolving. From the initial UK/EU Trade and Cooperation agreement and the accompanying Northern Ireland Protocol to the Windsor framework and the UK’s revised Border Operating Model – companies have been grappling with ongoing changes (and challenges).
