The Celebration of Culture and Communities will be returning to the Athena in Leicester, where we will once again have an evening jam-packed with live performances and incredible food, as we celebrate our amazing communities across the East Midlands.
In 2025, we saw over 500 people attend the event in Leicester, with guests dressed in traditional attire from across the world, making it a truly bright and colourful mix of what makes our region such a great place to live, work and trade.
The 2025 event saw live performances from acts, including opera, acoustic guitar, rap/hip-hop, Bollywood, and contemporary dance.
As well as live performances, guests were treated to a delicious sharing platter of Indian cuisine, making it a truly social evening, and the perfect event for making new connections, while catching up with familiar faces.
