The clearance of imports by customs authorities is driven by three key factors: classification of goods, customs valuation and origin.

With the increasing complexity of global trade, origin of goods remains under scrutiny, however far too many companies fail to understand the significance of origin and the legal requirements for their imports and/or exports.

Eligibility:

This webinar is open to established enterprises located in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

Receipt of this support is subject to the Subsidy Control Act (2022). To qualify an enterprise cannot have received more than £315,000 Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) and or De Minimis within any three-year period.

The project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
