Overview
Arrival from 08:00hrs for networking and breakfast, this session will focus around a neurodivergent employee who has not yet had a formal diagnosis, but has experienced difficulties in the workplace.
Spend the morning watching the tribunal unfold with a Judge, solicitors representing each party, and key witnesses, giving you a first-hand look at how cases are presented and argued. You’ll also have the chance to review evidence, suggest questions for witnesses, and engage with the process—making this a truly immersive learning experience.
