A charity connecting education with business to help next generation transition from education to employment. LEBC partners with employers and educational providers to inspire, raise awareness, broaden knowledge and skills of young people to prepare them for the world of work. LEBC provides young people access to personal development opportunities via training, work experience, employment and volunteering via the provision of careers advice, guidance & information, work experience placements and STEM (across East Midlands) & careers events.
