Generative AI for Scaling Companies: Building teams with ChatGPT and Copilot:
Generative AI is no longer a novelty; it's a core driver for scaling businesses. But moving from casual, individual use to a secure, company-wide strategy is the biggest hurdle. This practical workshop is a playbook for leaders in high-growth companies. It cuts through the hype and focuses on how to deploy ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot safely and effectively, turning your team into a more productive, AI-enabled workforce.
Overview
Who should attend?
This workshop is designed for leaders (Founders, MDs, Directors), team managers (Heads of Sales, Marketing, Ops), and any professionals responsible for implementing new technology and driving team efficiency, safely.

What’s covered:
• The Landscape: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude— choosing the right platform for your security and integration needs.
• Building Your Governance Policy: A step-by-step guide to creating practical rules for data security, privacy, and acceptable use.
• Hands-on with Custom GPTs: Build a role-specific assistant (e.g., "Sales Coach," "Marketing Assistant," "HR Policy Bot") live in the session.
• Real-World Use Cases (Beyond Chat): Using AI for summarisation, data analysis, content generation, and process automation.
• Driving Adoption: A "train the trainer" model, how to create internal champions, and a simple framework for measuring success.
