Leicester Vaughan College (LVC) is an independent higher education college set up as a co-operative community benefit society to continue the work of the former Vaughan College in Adult Education. We are working towards providing university-level education for part-time learners and those wanting second chance to study. NEBOSH is funding our Human Factor at Work project to develop, test and deliver courses for Psychological Safety around transitions in working life
