Folc is a social enterprise (CIC) based in Chesterfield but operates across Derbyshire. We bring community together through yoga, pilates, mindfulness and meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, circles, and creative workshops – delivered from our dedicated studio with a trauma-informed, accessibility-led approach to support physical and mental wellbeing and community connection.
