The course covers the core elements which we believe are critical to excel in a team leader or supervisor role and not just the elements which the ILM require to pass the qualification. We will deliver the topics in a participative and engaging way using case studies and real life examples which ensures relevance and practical application within the workplace.

This course is suitable for both established team leaders and those who find themselves newly promoted into a team leader role and is designed to help navigate the issues related to managing and co-ordinating the work of small teams.
