East Midlands Chamber has announced Vertas Group is to be a patron.
Vertas Group is a nationally operating, multi-service provider delivering integrated facilities management, property design and strategic workforce solutions (including MSP, RPO, and specialist recruitment) to public and private sector clients.
The business has expanded its East Midlands footprint, having recently announced a joint venture with Nottinghamshire County Council. In 2025, Vertas Group was presented a King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development, in recognition of commitment to delivering environmentally responsible and sustainable services.
Becoming a patron of the Chamber will enable Vertas Group to engage with the Chamber’s 4000 member businesses across the East Midlands and influence the shaping of policy when the Chamber meets with political leaders.
East Midlands Chamber Chief Executive Scott Knowles said: “Vertas Group is a King’s Award-winning business that has demonstrated its own firm commitment to sustainable growth, while having also championed outstanding achievement among the county’s business community, as headline partner of the Chamber’s Business Awards for Nottinghamshire in 2026.
“I am pleased to welcome Vertas Group as an East Midlands Chamber patron and look forward to closer collaboration as we go forward.”

Vertas Group Chief Executive Officer Ian Surtees MBA, FloD said: “We are delighted to be joining East Midlands Chamber as a patron, marking an exciting step for Vertas Group. As a nationally operating, multi-service organisation, we partner with public and private sector clients across Great Britain, delivering integrated facilities management, property design, and strategic workforce solutions.
“Becoming a patron enables us to enhance our regional engagement and play an active role in driving a strong, sustainable economy across the East Midlands.”
