Description
Join us for an informal summer celebration hosted by Chamber President, Dr Chamkaur S Kang, in the glorious grounds of Treetops Hospice.
Overview
Treetops Hospice, along with Headway Nottingham and Voluntary Action Leicester (VAL) are the President’s three chosen charities for our 2026 Chamber Charitable Fund – which makes Treetops Hospice the perfect venue for this celebration.
This is an informal networking event which brings together Chamber members and their charity partners to reflect on the President’s theme for his time in office – ‘United Communities, Stronger, Together, Enabling Ambition’.
You’ll be greeted with a welcome drink on arrival and be at leisure to tour the beautiful grounds (formerly Risley Hall gardens) and enjoy hot dogs and burgers from the Harrington Arms barbeque and purchase drinks from the bar including Treetops Lager and Treetops Pale Ale from local micro-brewery Zero Six Brew.
Tours of the Hospice are available for those who would like to find out more about Treetops.
There will be garden games from Team T and ice cream donated by Bluebell Dairy. Why not try your luck on our tombola with prizes from Longbow Venues, The National Space Centre and White Peak Distillery.
Included with your ticket is a voucher for 30% off any purchase over £10 in a Treetops shop plus 20% off all adult tickets for the Treetops Moonlight Walk in Derby on Friday 18th September.
Retail vouchers will be given to paying guests on the day of the event and a code for the Moonlight Walk discount will be emailed to you the week prior to the Celebration.
In the event of inclement weather there is ample space to accommodate guests inside.
This is an opportunity to meet our charities whilst making connections.
To reassure anyone who’s nervous about visiting a hospice, Treetops is a bright and happy place. Their hospice care is delivered exclusively in people’s own homes, and the counselling, training and wellbeing spaces will not be in use, meaning no patients will be on site.
