Description
Learn how to move from chasing capital (cold outreach, generic pitches, hoping investors say yes) to attracting it (building a business investors actively seek out).
Overview
What you’ll learn:

- Diagnose the investibility gap: Identify the specific gap between "good business" and "investable business," and assess where your business currently sits.
- Understand investor logic: Learn how investors actually evaluate risk and return, and identify the core drivers of investor decisions.
- Build a fundable narrative: Walk away with a framework for closing the information and expectation asymmetry that causes most fundraising conversations to fail.
Outcome
Description:

Every founder wants funding. Very few understand what makes a business fundable. That gap - between wanting capital and being investable - is where most fundraising efforts stall.

This workshop introduces the investibility framework, showing founders how to move from chasing capital (cold outreach, generic pitches, hoping investors say yes) to attracting it (building a business investors actively seek out). We'll unpack the difference between a good business and an investable one, why traction alone doesn't guarantee funding, and how information and expectation asymmetry between founders and investors quietly kills good deals before they start.

Founders will leave with a practical lens for assessing their own investibility - not generic fundraising tips, but the underlying business fundamentals investors actually screen for. Whether you're pre-raise, mid-raise or knowledge-seeking, this session reframes fundraising as a byproduct of building right, not a separate skill to master.
