His former role with HMRC, and previously HM Customs & Excise, for over 32 years involved working in various aspects customs work, latterly in Customs law and facilitations.
Keith has worked extensively on the introduction of the Union Customs Code (UCC), customs Special Procedures and is a champion of Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) accreditation.
