This session helps businesses understand their responsibilities when handling or shipping dangerous goods under ADR, IATA, IMDG and the UK Carriage of Dangerous Goods regulations.

Attendees will learn practical packing, handling and documentation principles that help protect staff, prevent rejected consignments and avoid costly transport delays. The training also supports safer working environments and reduces the risk of environmental incidents.

The course is suitable for anyone involved in the process — including office and sales teams, warehouse staff, transport personnel and managers — and provides the awareness required to operate safely and compliantly within the supply chain.

Please note: this course provides an awareness certificate only (valid for 24 months). It does not authorise delegates to classify, pack, mark, label or prepare dangerous goods documentation. Personnel carrying out operational dangerous goods tasks must complete function-specific training appropriate to their role.

Suitable for warehouse staff, shipping teams, customer service, purchasing staff and managers who arrange transport of goods by air, road or sea.
