Producing labels for food is a complicated and frequently difficult undertaking, with severe consequences for non-compliance.

The half-day workshop will walk producers through the FSA rules, help producers with their unique products and labelling needs, and guide them through the FSA regulations. It will include some practical, paper-based exercises to enable participants to apply their learning to real-life scenarios.

This half-day workshop will be held in person at Southglade Food Park Nottingham, NG5 9RG. This will provide delegates with an opportunity to network with other producers and also bring in examples from their work area.
