Description
Many leaders feel like they can’t stop. They’re constantly switched on, juggling decisions, people, and pressures - often at the expense of their own wellbeing. And even when they know they need to slow down, the guilt creeps in. Who else will step up? What if everything falls apart?

This practical and honest session is for leaders who want to stay high-performing, without running themselves into the ground. We’ll explore why switching off isn’t a weakness and how prioritising your wellbeing can improve your clarity, decision-making, and leadership presence.
