• ‘Positively disrupt’ their thinking and actions as they understand, practice and adopt creative techniques that will move them toward enhanced innovation.
• Create innovative solutions, in their every day lives, at will.
What Outcomes Will Be Achieved
FOCUS: This is about Mindset. Being able to open up your mind is the first key step to reaching your creative potential. It is absolutely vital because unless you can access parts of your mind you don’t ordinarily use, no new possibilities will emerge and nothing original will come.
DREAM: This is about Skill set. Once you have opened your mind to possibility, you must develop the skill to explore that possibility as widely, as absurdly and as speculatively as you can in order to move towards anything new and original.
PLAY: This is the Toolset. Now you must take your new and original speculations and turn them into ideas of value. This requires an approach for both idea selection and further idea development and is where most people, teams and organisations mess up in their journey to be consistently innovative.
