altogether when support is unavailable.

This webinar, delivered on the UK's Carers Rights Day, will help employers identify, support and retain unpaid carers, while strengthening recruitment, wellbeing and
organisational resilience

This informative session will be delivered by Jayne Davies, Employer Engagement Lead, Derbyshire Carers Association, and will cover all three counties. On the day, you will learn:

- Who unpaid carers are and what caring looks like alongside work
- Why carers are at higher risk of leaving employment
- Carers’ rights at work
- Practical steps to identify and support working carers
- The Employer Pathway to becoming Carer Friendly
- How the Carer Friendly Employer Quality Mark benefits your organisation

This year Carers rights Day will take place on Thursday 19 November.

Carers Rights Day is about raising awareness of the rights the UK’s 5.8 million unpaid carers are entitled to, and to help them get the support they need and the recognition they deserve.
